1. Who provides the app
The app is published by Virtalia s.r.o., Company ID 23703164, VAT ID CZ23703164, registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file C 431546. Contact: info@virtalia.cz.
2. Licence
The app is downloaded from the App Store and used under Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement unless stated otherwise below. It is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on devices associated with your Apple Account.
You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app beyond what the law or Apple’s licence agreement allows.
3. The free tier and Pro
- The free tier keeps one project in the library. Viewing, measuring, sections and panoramas are all available in it.
- Pointclouds Viewer Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the project limit. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- The limit applies only to adding another project. Projects already on the device stay openable without Pro.
- A purchase belongs to the Apple Account that made it and can be restored on other devices of that account.
4. Payment, refunds and pricing
Apple takes the payment and issues the receipt. Refund requests are also handled by Apple under its own terms, and we cannot intervene in them.
Pricing may change over time. A change never affects a purchase already made.
5. Measurement accuracy
The app measures on the points the source scan carries, at that file’s full resolution. A result therefore cannot be more accurate than the scan itself: its registration, point density and noise all reach every dimension taken from it.
Measurements are indicative and do not replace a professional survey, authorised design documentation, or a building safety assessment. For decisions with legal or safety consequences, verify the result by an appropriate method.
6. Your data
Scans you import remain yours. The app acquires no rights to them and sends them nowhere.
You are responsible for having the rights you need to the data you bring in — for a scan of someone else’s space, that includes the owner’s consent and the protection of personal data of anyone who may appear in it.
Backups are yours to keep. On iOS the project library is excluded from iCloud backup; retain the original scans separately.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or indirect damage arising from use of the app. This does not affect consumer rights under Czech and European law that cannot be waived.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms alongside a new version of the app. The current wording is always on this page with its effective date.
9. Contact and governing law

The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the out-of-court body for consumer disputes.
